Pingu came on the 2nd day of CNY but no one was at home. So both of us went for Sakae Sushi and we ate super a lot till we got these rm8 x 8 pcs voucher angpow!

After dinner we headed back to Raub and i had to say goodbye to all my gambling sessions..

Spent the 3rd day of CNY waking up late and bumming around with the man i love and a bunch of lovely kids

Went and visit @wyennee and tried to coax her to give me angpow but mission failed! Hahhahaa

Then on my way back home i took a side turn down memory lane. It was comforting and warm going past the places i spent 14 years in. Memories of the past gives us this feeling of familiarity and comfort.

A drive down memory lane

This is the tennis court at the government hospital quarters where i spent a lot of my time during form 4&5

This is the bus stop at the junction to the garden where i used to stay. Took bus to school and also town from here.

Far behind you will see a row of shops. The corner lot is Syarikat Jayanthi, a sundry shop i grew up with! My dad used to send me to walk down the hill to help him buy cigarettes and etc

This shed used to be a nasi lemak stall. I super loved the nasi lemak that makcik sold but as i remembered it is no more in operation after my primary school. So i am also surprised that this shack is still here.. I wonder what is it used for now,....

Taman Bahagia was the place i called home for 14 years!

And that telephone booth there was also where i used to make phone calls to people to boil telephone soup!!

Hahhahaha kids bully Pingu to the max!!

Milestone achived!

It is a different feeling when someone else family photo is taken and you are part of it!

Uh uh oh and also when you look small and quite cute too!! 

I am so grateful to God for allowing me to enjoy this feeling of acceptance and warmth from another family.

The smile in my ama's face!!

Forgot to take picture but i can feel that ama was so happy that i showed up at her doorstep!! I hope she will be happy like this everyday

On the 5th day of CNY, which is the 6th of february 2014, Pingu parents made a trip to Kl to meet up with my parents for 'tai chan'

I was so nervous as @wyennee told me about her experience and i also hear a lot of horror stories happening during these meet up

When i told Pingu about my worries, he went
"Pffffttt!!! What to worry about? It's just like another business meeting for me"

Yay!!!! The meet up went successfully as planned and i was happy that my parents behaved well! Hahhaha i was worried that they might talk nonsense and me-lakseh-kan saja
