my valentines

this is how i celebrate my valentines and our second aniversary...
Pingu was in Tganu and i'm in KL...
he's busy working and i'm busy rotting! (it rhymes!)
He wrote me a love message ♥ (modernised)..it was so so touching!!

the other valentine was with.... my brother...
and my uncle... HAHHHAHA

so we were the 'models'...ahem!

my bunny CNY

here's how i celebrated my CNY up on the hills...
first, a picture of me on CNY eve evening with new clothes; new earrings too!
this is the stove cooker i mentioned earlier that my mom bought for this trip
thanks to this miniature 'kitchen' i only had ONE...
i repeat ONE full meal outside aka paid meal in Genting!!
and oh by the way, the trip was cut short to 3D2N due to our (in actual fact Raymond's) inability to sleep due to the extreme cold weather and high altitute..i guess... ahahahhaha
my first 'room cooked' dinner.. ~salted fish sambal noodle~
second day brunch... ~brocolli and fu chuk soup~
with my favorite! ~baked beans and wholemeal bread~
Second day (30th night - the night before CNY) evening...getting ready to watch the (non-existant due to thick mist and rain) firework
painted my nails 'ruby red' too!
and had my reunion dinner with my mom
~noodle with herbal eggs (bought), braised pork, vege and fu chuk~
on the way to watch fireworks!!
HAPPY BUNNY YEAR EVERYONE!!!! beep~beep~!
and..oh.. HAPPY CHAP GOH MEH TOO!!

pre CNY

when i got to know that my family will be celebrating CNY at Uncle Lim's place.... I PANICKED!
why? cause i found out that we will be up there from the 29th day right up to CNY first day!
its like 4D3N up on the hills, COLD and nothing to do!!!

first thing that strucked me was that i will be bored to death!! that went on in my mind all the way as i drove from Kuantan back to KL! before leaving Tganu, i thought of taking Pingu's Ipad, but i thought he would love to use it too! Love is great. Period.

then when i reached home i saw my saviour!!!! MPH online saved my life!!
much earlier when i read reviews on the genre of books i loved to read which is chicklit i purchased some books based on the recommendation. i felt that the reviewer should have similar taste like me as the reader disliked Eat, Pray, Love too!
i really hated it and i didnt complete the book!
back to my CNY destination story.. so i was pretty awesomely happy with the arrivals of the books and i have planned to so some pretty good reading up the hill... on the bed... warm and fuzzy!!! THAT IS LIFE!! hahahhahhaha now i am happy again.....and then i thought i should pamper myself too..... so i quickly bought some facial masks and beautifying products

me and my mom bought a portable gas stove cause we plan to cook simple meal in the room instead of eating out everyday as it would be quite expensive up there. i had my BAKED BEANS as i loved it very much!! of course visiting uncle lim and getting some ang pow from him is a must too! (hopefully a big one) hahahhaha

first day of 2011

oh well... i did not edit my resolutions like i said early this morning....
but am going to do it now. (like after i post this up) because i was busy watching my brother
play a game called Plant vs Zombies! while he's drunk alone at home! HAHAHAHAH


i tell you this is a super highly addictive game.. especially if you play it on your computer with full version. they have all the awesome challenging mini games, puzzles and survival games!
whoever i recommend it to will confirm be addicted to it (of course to those who play games and have knowledge of computer lah...i.e. not my mother) be it kids, adults, girls, boys, ladies, men...

and i super highly recommend to anyone reading here this game as it will keep your mind focussed on the game resulting in a super highly effective stress buster! opps... and also to pass time! i was addicted for the last two weeks of december till i complete all levels TWICE and play the Endless Survival and my highest score was 27 flags. not bad for a kid gamer like me! HAHHAHA

back to today, which is in the new year in the english calender.... i bet everyone here was happy that our beloved PM announced Dec 31 2010 as Public holiday due to our nation's football team won the Championship for some Suzuki cup or something. It however did not make me any happier cause i am on holiday anyway! :P

this morning, it was a good start for my family as we had our brunch together at The Gardens and went for shopping at Midvalley. Mom bought her cash register and I found my bag to match my shoes for CNY and also bought Pingu his Jeans from Levis as the promo will end tomorrow. Raymond as usual bought his G2000 shirts like some maniac! hahahahhaha
so its a good start when we spent the first half day of 2011 a happy note

Reena's wedding

last september was a wedding month i supposed. i got so many weddings that i have to attend, but i can only accommodate three weddings in my busy schedule.. ahem! HAHAHAHHAHAH

end up one of it was a misunderstanding on my part... people kahwin next year february, but i dunno what happen to me that i thought it was sept 4th?! WTF!

ok... so the first wedding was my aunty reena's.
errm.. its just the morning ceremony and night buffet part.
the wedding dinner will only be held next year during CNY time....

beach activity

last Saturday, raymond, yennee, lee and surprisingly me! went for a uniquely beach experience...
had to wake up super early at 6.30am some more!!! how sacrificing!! everyone knows that i cannot wake up early wan!! but for this i dragged my ass up and comforted myself with not one but TWO McD's chicken sausage breakfast!!!! *my true love!!!!

but if you're going to ask me, i'd say there's nothing special there so better go PD

no no no... we did not go for swimming...not anything that is linked to worldly enjoyment!
HAH! i knew it! no one will believe me if i have no proof!!!
we were there to do a BEACH CLEAN UP!!
it was a spiritual enjoyment for us! wtf to come in tune with nature and do good things!
not that i'm saying that i was expecting good returns... but for a minimal fee of RM10,
we get a tshirt, body shop goodies bag, lunch and a chance to DO SOMETHING GOOD!!!

and the other hand belongs to a local bangla called lee.. who is in charge of rubbish bag and smelly gloves! HAHAHHAHAHAH
btw, it was supposed to be yennee's surprise for lee's birthday if it was not for me, the loud-mouth to bocor the secret on our way there as i was gossiping

he was one of the lucky 5 winners who won an Osim Udream Massage chair from the Acer - work smart, stay comfy contest!!! he was entitled for one entry when he bought his acer notebook!

when he told me the news, i couldnt believe it and got over excited as though i won it myself!
when the letter came, i still had doubts but already my excitement was like sky high cause its not like everyday that i hear news of people around me winning things like this!

if i would have won it myself, i guess the news alone could cause me to take a day off work to absorb the shock and happiness and excitement alone! ahahahhaha LOL

so yesterday i accompanied him to Acer's office in Menara Ambank, Jalan YKS for a prize giving ceremony... in hope to be able to sell the chair off...MONEY earned from the sale can be put to better use as my house already have an OSIM chair. BTW, i think my family is some big time OSIM supporter..(perhaps that is why OSIM repay us by letting my bro win the chair) my mom has the OsIM chair, some leg massager, i have the Osim uZap...

then as today is Mid-Autumn Festival, they gave each winner a box of mooncake too..
wah the moon cake is from Equitorial Hotel and the packaging was like so extravagant... comes with miniature fork and knife too.. hahhaha the taste wise, i dunno cause i din eat yet and i forgot to ta-pau some....

so big and spacious.. i sure will be able to find something to put in there! hahahhahaha
after the prize giving ceremony. raymond make me hold the cardboard all the way to the car for the punishment of not believing the fact that he actually won the chair...even as we're on our way to the office!
