true vacation

well, i've been MIA since the 11th June because i was AWAY for a vacation at baybee's workplace, Kuala Terengganu

when i was there, i did no touristy stuff, but managed to sneek some time out to do an hour of shopping! it wasn't easy to control the urge for two whole weeks!!

i bought two pairs of batik silk cloth and instantly engaged a local tailor to sew for me..it was wayyy much cheaper than me getting someone in KL to sew for me!

so one month later i will get my clothes! 4 pairs in total (the other 2 cloth was bought from bandung)

oh ya, those pre-cut set cloths from bandung are very much shorter than the normal 4m per set.. i think it probably 3.5m max! so i had to make kurung kedah with them...

many things happened when i was there and it will need more time for me to compile the pictures.. and judging with the fact that now i am in the midst of shifting 'room' to puchong, i guess i will need a few more days to do that!

ok guys.. ciao... just popping in so that you'll be assured that i am still breathing! HAHAHA

virgin levis

all my life, jeans is to me a thicker pants which is super durable and i only need to wash it 4 times a yeah! HAHA! prices varies... but i find that the quality of the cloth are similar... so i have been buying the cheapest possible jeans that could fit me.

i used to wonder why people but branded jeans and i think it is such a waste of money paying such huge amount for the same thing! until one day, i bumped into Levis warehouse sale...

i tried it out, and i find that it really looked good on me! then that second i understood, that people paid the high prices for the design and fit... macamlah i know about design and fit! haha

so because it is a warehouse sale and prices are like 50% off normal price, i got myself not one but TWO pairs!! i dont know how cheap is it, but i thought i could afford it as i have lost weight and my old jeans are loose... (excuses i give myself for permission to shop)

please tell me if what i bought is worth the money i paid..

silver lining

they said, every cloud has a silver lining...

the cloud was my car tyre burst at the time when i was the 'broke'st!!

when my debt figure is arranged vertically can reach the moon and return back to earth!

when it's midnight during the incident and i have an early morning interview the next day!

the silver lining.. i guess this cloud had a really thick one because of God's blessings and watch

1. it happened when my brother was driving with me back from Klang, not when i was on the was back from Raub or anywhere ALONE

2. it was night time instead of sunny afternoon

3. it was not raining....

4. it happened just in front of two petrol stations

5. it happened when we were at the speed of 80km/h not 140km/h

6. i had a brother who have not changed a tyre in his life and still acted like cool. i freaked out even though i changed bicycle tyre before! WTF! now i am still TRAUMATISED okay!!

and oh btw, the tyre was freaking HOT!! till i could smell the burning rubber smell when we were still driving which we thought it could be a faulty air-con!wtf!!

and sucessfully installed spare tyre which is half filled with air!!! KUDOS to me for filling it up once upon a time when shinyee scolded me! and thank you my latest hero!!

laundry anyone?

yours truly is currently providing free labour to super mom due to the out-of-job-aka-unemployed-status..!! i am such an wonderful daughter isn't it? hahahha... *shy... praises overdose due to such noble deed! hahahahah!!

the explanation to my 'jobless' status is due to some fucked up company runned by some datin who has the guts of a chicken! they backed off from hiring me just few days before i was supposed to report to work . "they are forced to downsize and retrench staff due to sudden cancellation of contracts by our clients in order to meet operating costs" (extracted from the letter they gave me!) WTF!! some more they were calling me a week before that call to see whether i could report earlier or not! when i went over to their office to collect the compensation, the executive director had the guts to tell me that "me and datin really liked you and so in a week or two if there's any change in direction, we hope that you will be able to join us then. we sincerely looking forward to be able to work with you in the near future" WTF!!! after dashing my hopes, messing up all my debt repayment plans, and you still expect me to join you???? to give you a second chance of hurting my confidence??? WTF!! i jobless also i wont join them back lah! and oh oh.. btw... it's not like i did not get the job offer letter from them.. FTL!!!!!

so in attempt to protest against such unfair situation for me, i've decided to take a longgggg break and not look for job yet! hahaha no lah... like what Alexander Graham Bell said "When one door closes another door opens, but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us." so since i can't control what had happened, i made a decision not to stare at that closed door (such a waste of time!) but to enjoy my holiday just in case i might spot a better opportunity.

as it is clearly stated here..."Doors may close, but there are always unlimited numbers of doors – new opportunities. and so for the surprise part was the day before yesterday, i got a call from a company in puchong asking me to attend an interview. i think i had click on some jobstreet posts when i just got the damn bloody bad news... it was a good action after all... caused when i went for the interview, the boss hired me instantly! and gave me an offer letter on the spot too!!! hahaha!! i guess alex boy was right after all... there's plenty of doors!!

now, i get my one month holiday and a better offer tim!!!!
