deepavali treat and trip...

This is a summary of what we have eaten for our JJCM trip...

Got up damn early on Saturday morning.. so please beware of Panda eyes...!!!

Our first destination was Ipoh!

Ping had been wanting to eat the dim sum there for ages!

He slept only two hours the night before

just for the chance to eat dim sum at Ipoh...hahaha

So we ate at the most famous restaurant at Ipoh, Foh San...

that place is really packed with gluttons like us! hahaha

After eating a super heavy breakfast, we decided to go for some sight seeing...

First destination: Pomelo Street

Purpose: to SEE leng lui and buy pomelo...

Then we headed to the nearest attraction, Kellie's Castle

After exercising, we were joined by Ping's friends from Melacca

Our next stop is Lou Wong, the very famous Ipoh Beansprout + Hor Fun

We're at a theme restaurant at Queensbay Mall and the theme is

TOILET

Thus every thing in the shop is related to toilet!

While waiting for the food, the boys got bored and this is what they end up doing!

Then at night we went for supper and we ate a nice Rojak at Gurney Drive..

After our supper, we went back to our hotel for a good night rest..

and indeed.. everyone slept like PIGS!

no one wanted to wake up the next morning...

This is the Yam cake, which was the appetiser that we find tasted Good.
After that, we continued our seach for food..

We ate Penang Hokien Mee.. forgot to take pictures..

I want to eat some more!!!!....

Then as the wait became longer.. we became like this... so pitiful!
After our meal of Shark Fin porridge, we headed back to KL...

Then we stopped by at Gopeng to try their local favorite there..'Lai Fun'
